OMG if you are looking for a place to learn a dance for your wedding than look no further… Jocelyn at Resolute Ballroom is the absolute best!! My (now) husband and I took 4 lessons about 6 weeks before our wedding, and I have to say our first dance was one of my most favorite parts of the wedding. Our dance was beautifully romantic, and had many people in tears! My husband was super stoked about doing dance lessons and was a bit nervous at the start about being on display, but Jocelyn told him if you practice for 5 min a day you will have the confidence to nail it, and we did!! She taught us the routine in a way that was easy to digest and not overwhelming at all. She helped us with song suggestions and edited the song so that it was only 2 min at my husbands request, which was awesome. Jocelyn made each class so fun and had us laughing every time. I also kind of expected dance lessons to be expensive like everything else that has wedding in the name, but it was totally affordable and well worth the money. There’s nothing worst then making your guest watch you sway back and forth for 4 minutes. If you’re on the fence, just do it! You won’t regret it!
